Electronic requests for copies of real estate documents only from the Register of Deeds office are to be made through this central email address. The official public records are available for your review at the Register of Deeds Office, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

The Register of Deeds Office takes no responsibility for courtesy searches and retrieval of document copies, which are provided as a convenience only and as time allows when staff are available for such assistance. There is a statutory copy fee of $1.00 per page.
